LawnSystems.
An office manager at a lawn and snow company shop desk in the early morning, smiling as she reads a draft reply on her phone, a coffee mug and an open planner on the desk and plow trucks in the snowy yard outside the window.

Questions answered from your own records.

An assistant in your office app answers within what your office already sees and drafts the replies a person sends. On your website, a virtual assistant answers visitors and hands the ones ready to go ahead to your office. Nothing changes until a person says yes.

Free request. You review the scope and price before you commit, and sending it creates no account and takes no payment.

One of eleven solutions: AI integration and automation

What switching it on adds.

A package is priced by the solutions it names. Switch this one on and you get the list below. Leave it off and the rest of your package keeps working.

  • Ask your records who is waiting on an estimate, or what a customer last asked
  • Draft replies to customer texts and messages for a person to send
  • A virtual assistant on your website that answers visitors and passes leads to your office
  • Nothing saved until a person with the right access confirms it
  • A monthly allowance of model use included, with no overage bill

Without it

The office, crew and customer apps and your website work the same, with no assistant in them.

Three places it works

In your office, in customers’ replies, on your website.

Each one answers inside what the person asking may already see, and each has its own switch.

Answers from your recordsAsk who is waiting on an estimate, what a customer last asked about, or what tomorrow looks like. The answer is read from your records.
Drafts a person sendsReplies to customer texts and messages arrive as drafts. Someone in the office reads, edits and sends each one.
A virtual assistant on your websiteVisitors ask about your services, hours and area, and the ones ready to go ahead reach your office as a lead with what they asked.

Nothing changes without a yes

It suggests. A person confirms.

The assistant can propose a note, a follow-up or a moved visit. Nothing is saved until someone with the right access confirms it.

  1. AskSomeone in the office asks, or a customer’s text arrives.
  2. ReadThe assistant reads the records that person may already see.
  3. DraftIt answers, or drafts the reply or the change.
  4. ConfirmA person reads it and sends or saves it. Until then, nothing has changed.

Where it stops

Helpful inside the lines you draw.

Customers and visitors are always told it is a virtual assistant.

What it does

  • Answers questions from the records the asker may see
  • Drafts replies to customer texts and messages
  • Answers website visitors and passes leads to your office
  • Pauses at the monthly allowance instead of billing more

What stays with your team

  • Sending a text, taking a payment or changing a record. A person confirms each one
  • Working out a price or a balance. Those are read from your records
  • Answering beyond what the asker may already see

Before you buy

What has to be agreed first

This page describes the capability. It does not put every module, unlimited texting, ad management or a custom software project into an unnamed price. Your package names what is included, what we set up with you, and which provider or usage charges sit outside it.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Short answers to what owners ask before they send a request. Anything missing goes in your request, and we reply by email.

Where do its answers come from?

From your records, within what the person asking may already see. Names, prices and balances are read from the record, never worked out by the assistant.

Can it send a text or change a booking?

No. It drafts, and it can suggest a note, a follow-up or a moved visit. A person with the right access reads it and confirms it before anything is sent or saved.

What does the website assistant do?

It answers visitors about your services, hours and area. With Instant quotes it can show the price for their address where your price book allows it; otherwise it passes the ones who want a price to your office as a lead. Visitors are told it is a virtual assistant and can ask for a person.

What if the monthly allowance runs out?

The assistant pauses until the first of the next month and questions go to your office. There is no overage bill.

We keep our own website. Can visitors still use it?

Yes. The website assistant runs from your LawnSystems address and your webmaster adds it to your site with a short embed.

Can we switch parts of it off?

Yes. The office assistant, customer replies and the website assistant each have their own switch in your settings.
