We build it with you. You approve the launch.

Concierge setup means we prepare the website and the operating record with you, then you approve the launch. The marketing form does not create the company, import your book or turn on payments.

Free request. You review the scope and price before you commit, and sending it creates no account and takes no payment.

At a glance

We prepare
Brand, site, services, price book, records and roles you agreed
You provide
Facts, rates, exports and the account access those steps need
Handoff
The old system stays in charge until the new one is checked
You keep
Payments. Card and bank processing stay with your business

What we set up

The company, the site and the book behind it.

Inside the offer you accept, setup can include:

  • The company identity and the website
  • Your services, service area and price book
  • Quote rules and the modules you selected
  • Customer records and crew roles
  • The customer account

A module that was not selected is not silently turned on.

A hand ticking items on a checklist on a clipboard resting on the hood of a green work truck, truck keys, a phone and a coffee beside it.Only the modules you chose

What owners provide

The facts only you have.

  • The business facts and content you want published
  • Access to the domain, when the site will use it
  • Your rates and your policies for skips, deposits and billing
  • An export of the customers, schedules and balances you want moved
  • Authorization for any email, texting or payment provider

Missing access stops that part of setup. It does not get filled in with a guess.

A crew lead showing a phone to three crew members in dark green work shirts gathered around a truck tailgate in the shop yard, explaining the day's route.

How the handoff works

Your current tools stay in charge until the check is done.

Nothing goes live because a form was sent. You review quotes, routes and balances before customers depend on them, and you accept the handoff.

  1. 1
    Review

Look at the site and the system you run today.

  2. 2
    Agree the scope

Name what moves, what stays, and what is a later project.

  3. 3
    Prepare

Brand, content and configuration are built from the approved facts.

  4. 4
    Import

Available records come in and are reconciled. The old tool remains the authority until that check is done.

  5. 5
    Verify

You review quotes, routes and balances before customers depend on them.

  6. 6
    Train

Office and crew roles see the work they will actually do.

  7. 7
    Approve launch

You accept the handoff. Until then, the current tools stay in charge.

Where it stops

What a migration cannot promise.

An import only contains what the other system can export, and old notes, photos and balances vary.

What we do

  • Import the records you can export, then reconcile them with you
  • Keep the old system in charge until the check is done
  • Set up roles so crews see the stops they will open
  • Handle app-store publication and your email and texting setup
  • Name what moves, what stays and what is a later project

What stays with your team

  • Old notes, photos and balances the other system cannot export
  • Saved cards. Tokens usually stay with the processor that made them
  • Payments. They stay with your business
  • A launch date. There is no fixed turnaround

Before you buy

What has to be agreed first

This page describes the capability. It does not put every module, unlimited texting, ad management or a custom software project into an unnamed price. Your package names what is included, what we set up with you, and which provider or usage charges sit outside it.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Short answers to what owners ask before they send a request. Anything missing goes in your request, and we reply by email.

How much of this do we have to do ourselves?

You approve facts, rates and the launch. We prepare the configuration and the import from what you can export. You are not handed a blank account and told to build it.

What happens to our current website?

It stays up until the replacement or connection in the agreement is ready. Connecting a site you already have is scoped. It is not assumed.

Can you import our customers?

We import records you can export, then reconcile them with you. Historical notes, schedules and balances only come across when the export contains them. Payment tokens often cannot move between processors.

How do crews get started?

Crew roles are part of setup. People see the routes and stops their role allows after the company is launched. We handle publishing the branded apps in the stores as part of delivery.

Who sets up email, texting and the app stores?

We do, as part of concierge delivery and with your authorization. Sending the package request does not start it. Payments stay with you: card and bank processing remain with your business.

How fast is launch?

There is no fixed turnaround. Launch follows the review, the import check and your approval, and it waits on domain, store and provider steps that are outside the form.
