LawnSystems.
A lawn care company owner in a green polo sitting on the tailgate of his pickup in a driveway at sunrise, a laptop open on his knees and a freshly mowed lawn behind him.

A website that takes the request and hands it to your office.

You get a company-branded website that takes a quote request and hands it to the same customer and property record your office already uses. It is your site, under your name, not a shared listing.

Free request. You review the scope and price before you commit, and sending it creates no account and takes no payment.

One of eleven solutions: Company marketing website

What switching it on adds.

A package is priced by the solutions it names. Switch this one on and you get the list below. Leave it off and the rest of your package keeps working.

  • A page for each service you sell, with requests that need no account
  • Hosting and HTTPS, with your domain connected
  • Unlimited content changes: services, text, photos and promotions
  • Prices published from your price book, live the same day you change them
  • A homepage that leads with the service in season

Without it

You keep the website you have. Your LawnSystems address still hosts the customer pages your other solutions need: pay links, estimates, and the quote page if you choose Instant quotes.

Your name on the front door

A site a customer can judge, and ask for a price from.

Each part of the site is there so a customer can judge the company and ask for a price, and so you are not rebuilding a page the next time a service changes. It looks like the company the crew shows up as, and calls and requests reach your business, not a directory.

The customer asks for a price without creating an account, and the request can become a lead on the customer and property record.

The same company's home page on a phone, with a sticky Get my price and Call us bar.

On the siteWhy it is there
Phone, tablet and desktop layoutA customer can read the offer on the phone they already have. You are not maintaining a separate mobile site.
Your colors, logo and contact detailsThe page looks like the company the crew shows up as. Calls and form requests reach your business, not a directory.
Service descriptionsA visitor can see what you actually do before they ask. Your office starts from that service instead of a blank note.
The area you serve, named on the siteSomeone outside the area is less likely to request a job you will decline. A page for each town comes with SEO and AI brand optimization.
Quote and contact requestsThe customer asks for a price without creating an account. The request can become a lead on the customer and property record.
Approved work photosA customer sees finished work you are willing to show. You choose the photos. The site does not invent them.
Titles, descriptions, sitemap and business dataSearch tools get a crawlable page with your real name and services. That is the technical base, not a ranking promise.
Images prepared for the pagePhotos load as part of the page instead of a folder of camera originals. You are not resizing every upload by hand.
Managed hosting, HTTPS and domain connectionThe site stays on a managed address with HTTPS once the domain is connected. Domain registration, ownership transfer and unlimited hosting are not included.

Changes with the season

The pitch follows the calendar. You do not rebuild the page.

On the sites we build, the home page leads with the service in season, from the company’s own catalogue: lawn care in the spring, lights in the fall, snow in the winter. A seasonal owner does not rebuild the page each time the work changes.

Launch and ongoing changes

Revisions while it is built. Updates after it is live.

Unlimited website content changes. We work with you through launch revisions and keep your services, text, photos, promotions and calls to action current as your business changes. New custom functionality and a full redesign are scoped separately.

  1. ReviewWe start from your services, area, logo and the pages a customer needs.
  2. RevisionsYou mark what is wrong. Most of that back-and-forth happens while the site is being prepared.
  3. ApproveThe site goes forward when you accept the pages, not when a template is finished.
  4. LaunchThe agreed site is the one customers use. The old site stays up until that handoff is ready.
  5. Request updatesLater changes to services, text, photos, promotions and calls to action come back through us.

Changes cover the words, the services you list, the photos, the images or graphics supplied or agreed for the site, promotions and the buttons that ask for a quote. That is not a self-serve drag-and-drop editor, and it is not unlimited production of new custom graphics.

After the request

A request does not stop at an inbox.

The same job can move from the form to the crew and the invoice without someone retyping the address at every step.

  1. RequestThe customer asks from your site.
  2. LeadYour office gets the alert on a customer and property record.
  3. QuoteYou price from your rates. Satellite-supported prices depend on the service, those rates and local coverage.
  4. ApprovalThe customer accepts or asks for a change. Washing and snow stay staff-reviewed.
  5. VisitApproved work can be scheduled. The crew records the visit.
  6. InvoiceThe bill uses the job already on the record instead of a rebuilt description.

Already have a site?

Keep it, or replace it when ours is ready.

Without this solution you keep your website. Your LawnSystems address serves the customer pages the rest of your package needs, and your webmaster adds the quote button and the assistant with a short embed.

If you keep your site

  • Pay links, estimates and agreements open at your LawnSystems address
  • With Instant quotes, a hosted quote page and a quote button or address box to embed
  • With the AI assistant, a chat chip to embed
  • With SEO, the same town pages and structured data as a bundle for your webmaster

If you replace it with ours

  • Your current site stays up until the agreed handoff is ready
  • Hosting, HTTPS and your domain connected by us
  • Free domain registration or an ownership transfer are not included

Before you buy

What has to be agreed first

This page describes the capability. It does not put every module, unlimited texting, ad management or a custom software project into an unnamed price. Your package names what is included, what we set up with you, and which provider or usage charges sit outside it.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Short answers to what owners ask before they send a request. Anything missing goes in your request, and we reply by email.

Which pages are included?

The package includes the pages agreed for your services, service area and quote or contact requests. A page that needs new software, a booking engine or a full redesign is scoped separately.

Does the site work on a phone?

Yes. Customers can read services, look at approved photos and send a request on a phone, tablet or desktop. The layout is part of the site we set up, not a separate mobile product.

How do content changes work?

You tell us what should change. We revise services, text, photos, promotions and calls to action, and you approve before it goes live. There is no monthly change cap. New custom functionality and a full redesign are quoted on their own.

Who handles hosting and the domain?

Hosting, HTTPS setup and connecting the domain are part of managed website delivery. We do not promise free domain registration, a transfer of domain ownership or unlimited hosting resources.

Can we keep our current website instead?

Yes. Without this solution you keep your site, and your LawnSystems address serves the customer pages the rest of your package needs: pay links, estimates, and the quote page if you choose Instant quotes. Your webmaster links to it or pastes a short embed for the quote button and the website assistant.

Will every visitor get an instant price?

With Instant quotes, supported services show a price when imagery, your rates and local coverage allow it. An address the measurement cannot support goes to a person. Washing and snow quotes stay with your staff. Without Instant quotes, visitors send a request for your team to price.

What search work comes with the site?

Every site has page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and basic business details. A page for each town, an llms.txt file and the work on your Google Business Profile, Nextdoor and Yelp listings are part of SEO and AI brand optimization.

Do messages have a separate usage cost?

Text messages need a provider, consent and quiet hours. Usage charges are separate from the website package and are named in the offer. Unlimited messaging is not included.

Is approving an estimate the same as signing a contract?

Approving an estimate accepts that scope and price. When your terms are attached to the estimate, the customer signs them with a typed name in the same step. A separate service agreement can carry recurring-service terms and is signed on its own. Neither books the work or takes payment by itself.
