Plain details
Marketing site privacy. What we collect and why.
This notice describes this LawnSystems marketing site, operated for ExcellAirate LLC. It does not describe a future hosted business account or the data a service company stores in its operating system.
Walkthrough preferences
The optional company name, selected brand color, services, and crew count are kept in your browser’s session storage so the demonstration stays consistent while you navigate. They are not sent to a server unless you submit a package request, which sends the business details you choose there. Use “Reset walkthrough” to replace them with the sample defaults. Session storage is normally cleared when its browser tab session ends.
Planning worksheet
Crew planning inputs stay in page memory and are not submitted or saved in browser storage. Choosing the CSV download saves the inputs and estimates in a file on your device.
Package requests
Sending the form at /start/ submits your company name, ZIP code, crew count, services (including any description entered under “Other”), goals and needs, website choice, your name, your email address and your phone number to the LawnSystems platform. We store the request and email it to LawnSystems operators through our email delivery provider so they can review it and reply to you. We also send a request-received welcome email to the address you provide, tailored to your services, goals, crew count and website choice. It comes from LawnSystems at [email protected] and introduces ExcellAirate LLC, the company behind LawnSystems. If we create a company draft from it, we use the company name, your email address and your phone number to start that draft. The ZIP code stays on the request for the office address.
A package request does not create a customer account, subscription or payment, and nothing is published or launched from it. Your name, email address and phone number are not kept in browser storage, are cleared from the page after the request is saved, and are never included in traffic measurement. The ZIP code is sent only with the package request, not with traffic measurement. Your goals, website choice and any Other service description stay on the request for operator review, not in browser storage or traffic measurement.
Proposals
A proposal we send by email opens at /proposal/ through a private link. The page takes the link’s code out of the address bar and keeps it in session storage for that browser tab only, so a reload still opens the proposal; it sends the code only to our own server and asks your browser not to pass this page’s address to other sites.
Accepting a proposal sends these details to the LawnSystems platform, where they are kept with the proposal: your business’s legal name, any trading name, business address, website, billing email and phone number; your Employer Identification Number (EIN), which phone carriers require to register your business’s text messaging; and your signature record, which is the name and title you type, the time you signed, the agreement text you signed, and your IP address and browser user agent at that moment. The EIN is stored encrypted, only its last four digits are shown on the page, it is visible to LawnSystems operators, and it is never sent by email.
Your card is entered in Stripe’s own form and saved by Stripe, our payment processor, for ExcellAirate LLC. The card number never reaches LawnSystems: we keep the Stripe customer reference and the card’s brand, last four digits and expiry date. Stripe’s script loads only at the card step, and Stripe’s privacy policy covers what it collects there, including signals used to prevent fraud. Saving the card charges nothing. LawnSystems operators are notified by email when a proposal is accepted. The proposal page is not included in traffic measurement.
The assistant module
Companies that add AI integration and automation to their package get a virtual assistant in their office app, customer portal and website. LawnSystems runs it on Anthropic, PBC’s API, which is a sub-processor for that module: the messages people write to the assistant, and the account information the assistant reads to answer them, are sent to Anthropic to produce each reply. The assistant reads only what the person asking could already see, it never sees card details, and contact details a website visitor types into its booking card go to the company, not to Anthropic. Conversations are kept for 90 days after the last message. Companies without the module send nothing to Anthropic.
Tracking and requests
We use first-party traffic measurement to understand how visitors find and explore this site. We send page route names, referrer domains, broad viewport groups and known interaction labels to our own server. An anonymous random identifier in session storage groups activity within a browser tab; it is not an advertising cookie or a persistent cross-site identifier. Raw activity is retained for 90 days and reports are restricted to LawnSystems operators.
Measurement does not send entered company names, contact details, worksheet figures, URL query strings or fragments. The analytics records do not store IP addresses or full browser user agents. This first-party measurement continues when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Hosting infrastructure may separately retain ordinary request logs under its policies. Package request submissions and sample payments are measured as interactions, not real purchases.
The package request page at /start/, and no other page, loads the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta’s script may set its own cookies and reports the page visit, the labels of buttons you press, and a Lead event once a package request has been saved. We do not pass the details you type in the form to Meta. Meta’s data policy covers what its script collects there, and your Meta ad preferences control how it is used for advertising.
Links and demonstration data
Competitor source links open other providers’ sites, whose privacy policies apply there. Job examples and amounts in the demonstration are made up, not customer data.
Changes before a commercial launch
Connecting customer accounts or billing will require updated disclosures that reflect those actual services. Those services do not operate on this site; only package requests and proposal acceptance do.
