Let homeowners price their own lawn. Then run the route that follows.
We build your website, your crew and office apps, and the customer account. A visitor types an address and sees a weekly price measured from aerial imagery. The booked lawn lands on a route your crew opens at the gate.
Free request. Scope and price are agreed before you buy anything. Instant prices need aerial coverage for the address, and the rest come to your team.

Mowing, trimming and edging
Real screens from our demo company. Fictional customers.
The mowing is the easy part.
It is the estimate trip across town for a lawn that pays $45 a visit. The text that came in while you were on the mower. The rainy Tuesday that pushes four stops into a week that was already full.
A package puts each of those somewhere: a price on your website, a lead in your app, a rain-day plan on your board. We set it up with you, and you run it from your phone.
A weekly price appears from the address, before anyone calls
Booked lawns drop onto recurring routes with the crew and the notes
A rainy day moves the visits and the customers’ reminders together
From the first address to the last invoice of the season.
Each part sits on one customer and property record, so a lawn is entered once.
A price on your own website.
The visitor types an address. The site measures the mowable grass, not the lot, and shows a weekly price from your rates and minimums. An address it cannot measure with confidence comes to your team instead of showing a guess.
The board reads the forecast for your crews, offers a plan, and moves only the visits that need it. Customers get the new day by text, and each reminder moves with its visit. Texting needs a carrier registration, which we walk you through.
Each stop shows the gate code, the hazard note, the history and a timer. Drive times come from the real roads, and supported updates queue until the signal comes back.
Customers see the work, and skip a week themselves.
Photos and time on site reach the customer’s app after each visit. A customer can skip a visit inside your rules, and it is not billed. Nobody has to ring the office.
Offer a plan that covers the season, and show the customer what has been delivered against what they paid. Recorded crew time and materials give you margin by property and crew, so you can re-price the lawns that lose money.
This is our demo company’s live website, running the same software your customers would use. Pick a lot in Fort Collins and watch it measure and price.
Fictional company and customers. Prices come from the demo’s own price book, and nothing here is sent to a real business.
Run one connected job. See what your team stops retyping.
Start with a quote, then schedule the crew, finish the visit, and record payment. The property, price, and work stay with the job at every step. Try the handoff yourself.
A practice run, not a live account. The customer, prices, map, and payment are samples, and the outline is a drawing, not a satellite reading. Nothing is sent, charged, or collected, and job details disappear when you leave the page.

Sell the season you’re in. Keep the customer for the next one.
Most seasonal owners sell more than one trade. The homeowner you mow for in July is the same property you can quote for lights in November, on the same record and the same website.

Recurring routes, a mowing price on your own website, and crews who open each stop with its notes.
Season dates here are illustrative for a northern year. Your own service area and dates decide when each trade runs. Every customer in this calendar books through your website, under your name.

1
Tell us how you mow
A three-step request covers your services, crews and goals. It creates no account and charges nothing.
2
We set up your rates and your website
Mowing rates, minimums and your service area go into your price book. You review sample quotes and a route before anything goes live.
3
Launch when it’s right
Your current tools stay in use until the handoff you agreed is checked.
Yes. Your service list, prices, crews and programs can cover recurring maintenance and one-time projects. Each job stays attached to the correct property.
Can homeowners get an instant quote on my website?
Where satellite property data and your price book support the service, your website can show an instant quote. Coverage varies by location. Unusual, uncertain or unsupported properties go to your team for review before you promise a price, so how many estimate trips you avoid depends on how much of your work fits those rules.
Does every quote need an on-site visit?
Not always. Satellite-supported measurements can start a quote from your price book where coverage allows. Review uncertain measurements and unusual conditions before promising a price. Availability depends on your service area.
Will LawnSystems bring me customers?
Your branded website, SEO and AI brand optimization as agreed in your package, and lead alerts with follow-up tools support direct customer acquisition. Discovery builds over time and depends on your market. LawnSystems does not sell leads or guarantee rankings, AI mentions or booked work.
What happens when a customer skips a visit?
Preview the effect, apply your skip policy, and keep scheduling and billing connected. Your membership delivery record shows what was completed and what remains.
Can I also sell holiday lights, snow and washing?
Yes. One customer and property record carries every service you sell. Each trade has its own prices, visits and follow-up, and the page for each one says what the product does for it.
