Every season you work, on the same customer record.

Send next season’s renewal to every regular customer at once. Sell memberships with a ledger customers can read. Keep a lighting job from install to storage on the property, and a snow site’s notes and every visit’s conditions on the site. A customer you mow for in June is a lighting customer you already know in November.

Free request. You review the scope and price before you commit, and sending it creates no account and takes no payment.

One of eleven solutions: Seasonal programs

What switching it on adds.

A package is priced by the solutions it names. Switch this one on and you get the list below. Leave it off and the rest of your package keeps working.

  • Next season’s renewal sent to every regular customer at once, with your prepay discount and terms signed from one link
  • Memberships with a ledger of work delivered against dues paid
  • Holiday lights from install to takedown and storage, on the property record
  • Snow sites with their notes, and each visit’s time, conditions and photos
  • Seasonal campaigns that go only when you press Send

Without it

One-off and recurring services keep working. Renewals, memberships, programs, storage, snow records and campaigns are not included.

Lawn renewals in one send

Next season, offered to every regular customer at once.

Check who gets it, set the prepay discount and the last day it holds, and send. Each customer opens their own link, sees next season’s price and terms, and renews by signing with a typed name.

Renewal reminders follow your days when the package includes Lead alerts and follow-up.

Renewals for the 2027 season: a 5 percent prepay discount until February 28, the terms signed with the renewal, and a button to check who gets it.

Memberships

What was delivered, against what they have paid.

Sell the season on one monthly payment. A member sees how many visits and treatments have been delivered and what the plan has delivered against what they have paid in, so the plan is easy to keep.

Dues are charged by card, so memberships also need online payments. Members see the ledger in their account when the package includes the customer portal.

A customer's season plan: 25 of 28 mows, 4 of 5 treatments, 10 of 12 monthly payments, and $1,448 of work done against $1,300 paid.

Lights from install to storage

This year’s takedown is next year’s head start.

The install, the takedown and the storage stay on the property, so next season starts from this season’s measurements, photos and bins.

  1. InstallThe lighting program’s install visit, priced from the roofline and your book.
  2. CheckA maintenance visit when the program includes one.
  3. TakedownDated from the install, on the same property.
  4. StorageWhat went into storage, the bins, where they are kept and their photos.
  5. Next seasonThe install starts from the stored record, not from scratch.

Snow sites with their notes

Every push, with its conditions and its photos.

Each snow site keeps its notes, so the crew sees the fire lane and the curb to avoid. Each visit records the time on site and photos, with the conditions: snow depth, ice, what was plowed or shoveled, and the de-icer applied.

The office reads a site’s winter as a list of visits, each with what the crew found and what it did.

Where it stops

Seasonal work you run, not work that runs itself.

Season dates and renewal terms are yours to set during setup.

What it does

  • Sends next season’s renewal to every regular customer at once
  • Runs memberships with a ledger of work delivered against dues paid
  • Keeps lights from install to storage on the property
  • Records each snow visit’s time, conditions and photos
  • Prepares seasonal campaigns that wait for your Send

What stays with your team

  • Deciding who renews and on what terms
  • Snow dispatch from a forecast. There is none
  • Charging dues without online payments
  • Washing and landscaping. They are services every package can sell

Before you buy

What has to be agreed first

This page describes the capability. It does not put every module, unlimited texting, ad management or a custom software project into an unnamed price. Your package names what is included, what we set up with you, and which provider or usage charges sit outside it.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Short answers to what owners ask before they send a request. Anything missing goes in your request, and we reply by email.

Do renewals send themselves?

You send them. When you are ready, next season’s renewal goes to every regular customer at once, with your prepay discount, the last day it holds and the terms they sign. Each customer renews and signs from their own link.

What does a membership need?

Memberships charge dues by card, so they need Invoices, deposits and online payments as well. Customers see the work delivered against the dues they have paid. Existing members can always cancel.

How do holiday lights work from year to year?

The install, the takedown and what goes into storage stay on the property. The bins, where they are kept, their photos and the roofline measurement are there when next season’s install starts.

What does a snow visit record?

The time on site and photos, plus the conditions: snow depth, ice, what was plowed or shoveled, and the de-icer applied and how much. The site’s notes are on the stop for the crew.

Is there weather-fed snow dispatch?

No. Snow work is planned from the sites and records you keep. Nothing sends trucks from a forecast.

Can a campaign send by itself?

No. A seasonal campaign shows who it would reach and waits for you to press Send.
