A business that gives you room to breathe

Your workday should end when you get home.

You’re good at the work. It’s the estimates after dinner, the scattered messages, and the invoices you still haven’t sent that wear you down. Growing shouldn’t mean bringing more of that home.

A service-business owner spending a quiet evening with family, with the work phone set aside.
Make room for life after work. An organized business should work for the person who built it.

Win work under your own name

The next customer should find you. Not a middleman.

You’ve built a business worth choosing. Give it an online presence that earns trust, makes it easy to get a price, and brings the conversation straight to you.

Get found before they ask for a quote.

We build a professional, company-branded website and optimize your brand for search engines and AI discovery. Clear service information and a stronger online presence help organic traffic grow over time. We do not promise a ranking by a date.

Give a price without driving across town.

Satellite imagery and supported property measurements power instant quotes directly on your website, using your service rates. Spend less time on estimate trips and more time on work that’s ready to book.

Turn that interest into your next customer.

A new lead reaches your own app so you can follow up with the property and quote in hand. No aggregator between you and the homeowner taking a share of that job.

Instant quoting depends on service, imagery, and measurement coverage. Review unusual properties and uncertain measurements before committing. Your package and payment-processing costs still apply.

Your brand earns the trust. Your business keeps the relationship.

A lead marketplace can put another company between you and your customer. LawnSystems gives you a direct path from your own website to your own team.

The product, on screen

Your business, connected. From first quote to paid work.

These are actual screens from the LawnSystems apps, using a fictional demo company, Northwind Lawn & Snow. Your package uses your company’s name, brand, services, and setup.

Visitors get a price before they call.

Your branded website turns an address into an instant quote, using satellite measurements where coverage allows. The request goes to your own office app, so you can follow up yourself.

Run one connected job. See what your team stops retyping.

Start with a quote, then schedule the crew, finish the visit, and record payment. The property, price, and work stay with the job at every step. Try the handoff yourself.

A practice run, not a live account. The customer, prices, map, and payment are samples, and the outline is a drawing, not a satellite reading. Nothing is sent, charged, or collected, and job details disappear when you leave the page.

Lot-size guess vs. satellite measurement

Same rate. The guess was short.

The lot-size guess on this sample is 22% short: 11,700 sq ft. The crew still mows the whole lawn. Where coverage allows, satellite measurement uses the mowable turf, 15,000 sq ft. Both prices use the rate you set. At $10 per 1,000 sq ft that is $117 instead of $150. The higher margin is the 3,300 sq ft the guess left out. The measurement does not change the rate.

  • Same rate on the guess and the measurement

Concierge means you’re not doing this alone

You bring the business. We help bring it all together.

You shouldn’t have to become a software specialist to grow your company. We help turn your brand, services, prices, and customer records into a setup your office and crews can use.

Start with your company, services, and crew count. We’ll agree the scope and price with you.

Know what you’re getting

Your questions. Clear answers.

From quoting coverage to concierge setup, here’s what to expect before we build your package.

What does concierge setup include?

We help set up your brand, services, price book, service area, quote rules, website, mobile apps, and customer records, then onboard your team. The exact scope, including any SEO and AI brand optimization, is written into your agreed package before you commit.

Can customers get an instant quote on my website?

For services where property measurements apply, such as lawn care, the website can show an instant quote from satellite data and your price book where coverage supports it. Uncertain or unsupported properties go to your team for review. Holiday roofline estimates depend on imagery coverage, and commercial snow and pressure washing quotes stay staff-reviewed.

Will LawnSystems bring me customers?

LawnSystems gives your company a branded website, lead alerts and follow-up tools, and SEO and AI brand optimization as agreed in your package, so customers can find and book you directly. Discovery builds over time. It is not a lead-buying service and does not promise a particular search ranking, AI mention, lead count, or revenue increase.

Are there commissions on customers who book through my website?

Customers who find and book you directly through your own website do not pass through a lead marketplace that charges a commission on the job. LawnSystems is not fee-free: your package, payment processing, and messaging costs are confirmed in your offer.

We only have one crew. Is this for us?

Yes. Start with the work you have now: quotes, a clear schedule, customer details, and payment. The same system gives you a place to add crews and services as you grow.

Can I keep my current website?

Yes. Connecting or replacing an existing site is assessed and scoped. It is not an instant plug-in for every site. Your current site stays in place until the agreed connection or replacement is ready.

Will my crews have to learn the whole system?

No. Crews get the work they need in their mobile app: where to go, what to do, notes, photos, and time. Owners and office staff use their own views for scheduling, customers, and money.

What happens when we lose cell signal?

With the company-branded crew app, crews can download their route and work from the saved job information. Supported field updates queue on the device and sync when connectivity returns. Download the day’s work before heading out. Without the branded apps, crews use the crew app in their phone’s browser, which needs a signal.

Can you bring over my existing customers?

We review the data you can export and plan the import during onboarding. Customer details, properties, balances, and history need checking; saved payment methods depend on your existing processor and account setup.

Does it work with QuickBooks?

The product includes a QuickBooks Online integration for accounting mappings, invoices, payments, and approved hours. Connection and account mapping are part of setup.

What ongoing website changes are included?

Unlimited website content changes. We work with you through launch revisions and keep your services, text, photos, promotions and calls to action current as your business changes. New custom functionality and a full redesign are scoped separately.

What does the SEO work mean?

SEO and AI brand optimization is one of the solutions a package can name. It adds a page for each town you serve, structured data and an llms.txt file for AI assistants, and your Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, Yelp and similar listings set up and kept consistent with your website. Every website has page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and your business details without it. Managed copy is scoped in the package. It is not link building, ad management or a promised ranking.

Do text messages have a separate usage cost?

Texting needs a provider, consent and quiet hours. Usage charges are separate from the package fee and are named in the offer. Not every customer receives every message, and unlimited messaging is not included.

Is approving an estimate the same as signing a contract?

Approving an estimate accepts that scope and price. When your terms are attached to the estimate, the customer signs those terms with a typed name in the same step. A separate service agreement can carry recurring-service terms and is signed on its own. Neither books the work or takes payment by itself.

Make the next season feel different

Grow your business. Keep room for your life.

Win work through your own website. Give crews a clear day and customers a reason to hire you again. We’ll help shape the setup around the business you run.
